Unable to import data from Chrome to Firefox

I'm thinking about switching from Chrome to Firefox and now I've encountered a problem importing data (mostly I need passwords) from Chrome. I followed tutorials that basically says to go into 'Bookmarks -> Show all bookmarks' then select 'Import and Backup' option and then press 'Import data from another browser'. In theory, I should get a window with available browsers to choose from but all I get is this.
Screenshot of my issue

Can someone please help me to solve this issue?
