How to register CrossOver 18.0?

I've clean-installed CrossOver on my Ubuntu 18.10 and successfully installed Office 2016. However, everytime I open an Excel file, it asks me to register it. I've already bought a paid version of it and typed my CodeWeavers ID/PW. And then it asked me to type my login PW, so typed it. And it displayed "Registration failed". They've already taken my money. How can I solve this problem?
