How can i copy my ubuntu OS

I want to format my laptop and i dont have ubuntu iso file, so can I copy my current ubuntu files to usb and reinstall the os please help with this

In Ubuntu you can use the Startup Disk Creator, Disks (alias gnome-disks) or mkusb to create a USB boot drive from the Ubuntu iso file. I would recommend the version 18.04.1 LTS (unless the computer is very old or very new).
