Amount of UDP or TCP packets for set up time

is there a way to count packets throught Command line for last hour?
Example: Right now is 15:00 and I would like to now amount of packets from 14:00 to 15:00.

I do have a c program that will calculate packets per hour from tcpdump data. However, a I think a simpler way for what you seem to want is my answer for your other version of basically this same question, which I just posted.

I do have a c program that will calculate packets per hour from tcpdump data. However, a I think a simpler way for what you seem to want is my answer for your other version of basically this same question, which I just posted.
