Allow view of a image but blocking copy, edition and save as in Ubuntu

I saw this enter link description here but it does refer to block a copy of a file.
Is it possible to define a file or a diretory to allow a user to view the images but blocks:
a) print screen
b) copy files
c) disables a save as option in the viewer program.

Not at a linux permissions level. That'd have to be an application level setting, and that's likely nonstandard to the permissions structure (and therefore no way to set it0
