How to do multiple time interval settings for different files in Deja Dup

I use DejaDup to Backup my files. I would like to Back up a set of files (especially programming codes) more often say every 5 minutes and delete backup older than 1 hour. I want to backup my Documents once in 2 days.
How can I achieve this? Do you recommend any other tool to do this? I would like to backup (and encrypt) Documents
in Google drive, while my code in my local drive without encryption.
Also, the backup utility should do incremental backup for both types of files. I like Deja Dup because it is easy to restore files from Nautilus.
backup rsync deja-dup grsync backuppc
