Ubuntu installed ssd not recognized
Installed Ubuntu from disk to HP 240g SSD. Instillation seemed to work. System reboot failed ( which is common on my motherboard). Tried to Boot computer without accessing HD. Comptuter does not show SSD from live distro. Did I just ruin SSD?

Does UEFI show SSD? Many systems need UEFI updates & SSD firmware updates to be correctly seen. What brand/model system? What video card/chip? UEFI or BIOS install? Please copy & paste link to the summary report ( not post full report), the auto fix sometimes can create more issues. help.ubuntu.com/community/Boot-Repair
