Problem with Ubuntu installation: current input timing is not supported by the monitor display

0

I'm new to Ubuntu, I watched a video on YouTube about this system so I downloaded it and tried to install it but when I boot the installation the screen become black and a message says "h the current input timing is not supported by the monitor display 1600*900". I tried to change resolution from gnu grub command but I can't.
