Reinstall just one default application

I am a newbie in the Linux world and at first, I wanna apologize for the questions that might seem dumb.
I have just downloaded Ubuntu 18.10 and while I was trying to get familiarized with gnome preinstalled app, I removed the Startup Application Preferences panel.
Is there a way to reinstall it?
Thanks in advance.

Generally, to install or reinstall an application, you can usesudo apt-get install application-name. There is no magic here. I am not sure what "Startup Application Preferences panel partly in bold" is, but hopefully you do.

Why do you think you have removed it? Unless you specifically uninstalled it should still be there.

When you say "I removed the [panel]," please describe exactly what you did, with enough detail so that folks who didn't see it will understand clearly. "Remove" could mean a lot of different actions.
