Are there general programmatic models for "servers" in queue systems?
Particularly,
If one feeds clients with some params that are drawn from distribution, e.g. service time. Then once they go into a server, then how to figure out in which order to release them?
Store patients in an array, but then write some sort of search algo for finding in which order to release patients?
Particularly, is there a data structure that allows popping out and popping in so that one doesn't need to search for "where an empty space was left"?
