Reference Request — Laplacian on manifold without boundary

$begingroup$

I am looking for a discussion of Laplace's equation (or something similar) on asymptotically flat or asymptotically hyperbolic manifolds without boundary. In particular, I would like to see how boundedness/regularity of the solutions is shown.
I want to use this as an example to get familiar with the techniques one uses to show such properties, thus a detailed, explicit discussion would be very welcome.

I feel that such an example should be simple and ubiquitous but I have not been able to find anything (or maybe I did find something but did not recognize that is relevant due to my unfamiliarity with the subject).
Does someone know a good reference?
