No close, minimize and maximize buttons when using arc-theme
As mentioned in the title, when i use Arc (or Arc based) themes on my Ubuntu MATE the window manager buttons disappear on some windows.
Here are some examples :
With My-Weather-Indicator app:
With some settings apps:
