Gnumeric (ssconvert command)

I've installed gnumeric using the apt-get install gnumeric
command.
When I try to convert xlsx
files into csv
files, it errors out and no output file is created.
ssconvert aaaa.xlsx bbbb.csv
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

It will just prints out a blank line in the command window with no output file.
