How do I set a registry key to point to the .NET install location?

I am trying to run openBVE RouteViewer.exe with Wine but a popup asks

Please set registry key HKLMSoftwareMicrosoft.NetFrameworkInstallRoot to point to the .NETFramework install location.

I have installed the 64 bit DOTNET 4.0 with Winetricks and I believe the path to the .NETFramework is

/home/raffles/PlayOnLinux's virtual drives/default/drive_c/windows/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v4.0.30319

I put this in the registry key with regedit but it still doesn't work.

Is this the correct location? If not, can anyone tell me how to determine the location and what would the correct format be to set the registry key?

Please see the image of the registry as it is at the moment
