BackInTime can't write to external hard-drive anymore
I'm on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS using backintime for regular daily back-ups on to an external HD.
Recently, it has been acting strange and hasn't backed up correctly. Upon trying to change settings, it is now stating that it "Can't write to /media/.." and "Are you sure you have write access?"
I've double checked permissions to the HD and it seems correcting, displaying: drwxrwxrwx
Any idea what I can do?
Thanks!

The problem may be that your external HDD isn't mounted to the same mount point as when you first setup your backup. Have you unplugged and replugged the HDD? That alone might mount it back to the "correct" mount point. But, more than likely, you'll need to add a proper mount to /etc/fstab.
