Install rasplex pi3 raspbian lite terminal [closed]

Hi been trying to install rasplex with this command sequence:
wget -O - https://dev2day.de/pms/dev2day-pms.gpg.key | sudo apt-key add -
No matter how I try, it keeps failing at web page url I presume. Any help or info most appreciated. If more info is required please inform and I’ll do my best to provide.
