I need to execute some MIPS binaries on Ubuntu 16.04
How do I do that?
I tried executing the following command:
sudo apt-get install linux-libc-dev-mips-cross libc6-mips-cross libc6-dev-mips-cross binutils-mips-linux-gnu gcc-4.4-mips-linux-gnu g++-4.4-mips-linux-gnu
But it doesn't find the packages:
E: Unable to locate package gcc-4.4-mips-linux-gnu
E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'gcc-4.4-mips-linux-gnu'
E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'gcc-4.4-mips-linux-gnu'
E: Unable to locate package g++-4.4-mips-linux-gnu
E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'g++-4.4-mips-linux-gnu'
E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'g++-4.4-mips-linux-gnu'
On my other Linux installation (Ubuntu 14.04), I have the files, qemu-mipsel, qemu-mips and so on. I would like to install them on Ubuntu 16.04 as well. How can I do that?
apt gcc
