Sort three inputted integers in order, from least to greatest

I know there are other ways to write this code, but I wonder why this version doesn't work when I run it on my computer:

int a, b, c;
cout << "Enter 3 integers: " << endl;
cin >> a >> b >> c;
cout << endl;
if (a<b<c)
cout << a << " " << b << " " << c << endl;
else if (a<c<b)
cout << a << " " << c << " " << b << endl;
