I have an HP Elitebook 840 G3 Laptop running a W10/Ubuntu 18.10 dualboot.

Wi-Fi: connects to networks but every few seconds, the connection seems to freeze while staying connected.
I get a

on my browser if I try to load a page but it loads after a few seconds.

Bluetooth: Can sometimes see devices after a few tries and even pair with them but cannot connect with them.

I've looked at many solutions already but nothing seems to work.

My wireless-info output can be found here.

Thanks in advance for your help.
