I have a Asus rog Strix 17 GL703GE laptop with KDE Neon.

I'm using the last kernel's version in the repository. 4.15.0-36-generic

Nevertheless i have the following problems:

  1. Acpi errors

  2. lspci freeze after execute it.

  3. The touchpad doesn't work at all.

  4. Shutdown/reboot doesn't work. (but reboot -f and shutdown -f works)

  5. Random freeze (without any reason)

The following error concern the boot phase of the system. ( retrieved using journalctl -b )

Update:

I disabled the acpi module using acpi=off parameter in the boot script.
The system doesn't freeze anymore but it can't read the battery level and the issue about touchpad still persists.

For what concerns the shutdown phase, systemctl is able to stop all the services but it doesn't shutdown the pc ( without force option ).
