Fan control for ubuntu on Lenovo legion y520

Im working with CNN's and my laptop gets really hot when it compile models (Lenovo legion y520). This laptop model have an extra fan which I can't activate by my own...

In windows there is a program called "Lenovo Nerve Sense", which I can activate manually the extra fan of this model and the temperature drops quit.

I tried with fancontrol/lm-sensors but when I run it, the extra fan is not detected (or maybe I'm too dummy to use it)
Via BIOS I can't activate it because the acpi wont let me change the power parameters
I also tried with thinkfan and i8kutils, but I only got a lot of errors hahaha
My last chance was Lenovo Support, but they don't give support for linux

There are other options to use this extra fan?, could you help me a little?
